Simply Accident Management Limited is an accident management company based in East London. We are the "data controller" responsible for your personal data when you make an enquiry or instruct us to act on your behalf following a road traffic accident.

7. Our data processor
Enquiries submitted through our website form are processed by Forminit (operated by UXPLUS LTD, a UK company registered with the ICO), which stores submission data securely within the European Economic Area (Ireland). Forminit acts as our data processor and handles your data only on our instructions.

Your data is stored within the UK and European Economic Area. Where any transfer outside the UK/EEA occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place as required by data protection law.
9. How long we keep it
We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry or claim and to meet our legal obligations. Enquiry data submitted through our website form is retained by our form provider in line with their retention settings, after which it is deleted. Where we take on your claim, we retain records for as long as required to manage the claim and for any applicable legal or regulatory period afterwards.
