They submit their own accident details, so they stay in control of their information.
We assess eligibility

Pass on their details

How much is the reward?
The reward depends on the type of case and the qualifying services provided to the person you refer, up to a maximum of £1,000 for a single referral. We’ll confirm the amount when we take on their case, and pay it instantly once their claim has settled and we’ve been paid.
Referral terms
1. About these terms
These terms apply to the Simply Accident Management referral scheme (“the scheme”), run by Simply Accident Management Limited, Company No. 16243434, Kavilla, 24 Royal Crest Avenue, London E16 2TD (“we”, “us”). By making a referral, you agree to these terms.
2. What “up to £1,000” means
£1,000 is the maximum reward payable for a single qualifying referral. The reward depends on the type of case and the qualifying services provided to the person you refer. We’ll confirm the amount for your referral when we take on the referred person’s case.
3. Who can refer
You must be 18 or over and live in the UK. You can’t refer yourself, and our employees and the employees of our partner providers can’t take part.
4. Qualifying claim types
A referral can qualify where the person you refer has been involved in a road traffic accident in the UK that was not their fault and instructs us for one or more of these vehicle-related services:
- a replacement vehicle (credit hire);
- recovery and storage;
- repairs;
- total-loss assistance.
Rewards are not paid for, and are not calculated by reference to, any personal injury claim.
5. How the amount is calculated
The reward is a fixed amount based on the type of case and the qualifying services provided on the referred person’s claim. We’ll confirm the amount when we take on their case. Only one reward is payable for each referred person and accident, however many services they use.
6. Minimum qualifying conditions
A reward can only become payable if:
- the person you refer, or you with their permission, contacts us using your referral link, your referral code or the referral form on this page;
- they are not already a client and have not already contacted us about the same accident (see Existing clients);
- they instruct us and sign the agreement for at least one qualifying service;
- the case passes our eligibility and fraud checks; and
- the payment trigger below is reached.
No reward is guaranteed simply for supplying someone’s details.
7. When the reward becomes payable
The reward becomes payable when the referred person’s claim has settled and we have been paid for the qualifying services.
8. When you’ll be paid
We pay the reward instantly once it becomes payable, by bank transfer to an account in your name. If we don’t already have your bank details, we’ll contact you for them and pay as soon as we receive them.
9. Duplicate referrals
If more than one person refers the same individual, the reward goes to the first referral we receive that meets these terms, based on the time our systems received it. Where the referred person contacts us using a referral link or code, the referral counts from the time of their enquiry.
10. Existing clients
No reward is payable if the person you refer is already our client, or has already contacted us about the same accident, before we receive your referral.
11. Fraudulent and staged accidents
No reward is payable for any referral connected with a fraudulent, exaggerated, staged or deliberately caused accident or claim. Where we reasonably suspect fraud, we may withhold a reward, recover any reward already paid and report the matter to insurers and the police.
12. Cancelled or unsuccessful claims
No reward is payable if the person you refer cancels (including within any cancellation period), withdraws, or their claim does not proceed or does not succeed before the reward becomes payable. Once a reward has been paid, we will not ask for it back unless it was paid in error or the Fraudulent and staged accidents term applies.
13. Disputed liability
Where liability for the accident is disputed, the reward will not become payable until liability has been resolved in the referred person’s favour and the payment trigger has been reached. If the claim does not succeed, no reward is payable.
14. Tax
Rewards are paid without any deduction for tax. You are responsible for any tax that may be due on rewards you receive. If you make referrals in the course of a business, please tell us before you make a referral.
15. How we use your details
We use your name, mobile number and, if a reward becomes payable, your payment details to run the scheme: to record and match referrals, contact you about them and pay rewards. We keep referral records for as long as we need them to run the scheme and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. For more detail, see our Privacy Policy.
16. Sharing a friend’s details
Only give us someone else’s details if they have agreed. When you pass on their details, you confirm that you have their permission. We’ll contact them about the referral, tell them how we got their details, and delete their details if they don’t want to hear from us. They are free to use another provider, or none.
17. Changes to the scheme
We may change or end the scheme, or these terms, at any time. Changes won’t affect referrals we received before the change.
18. Decisions and complaints
We will decide whether a referral qualifies acting reasonably and in line with these terms. If you’re unhappy with a decision, you can use our complaints procedure. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
